And to help people match to a breed. It’s always a good idea to ask the breeder (if the dog is not a rescue) about the breed line traits from the mother/father and ancestry and to ask about nervous tendencies or traumas. When choosing a puppy (if not a rescue) go early so you see all the litter mates and can identify what energy level you are looking for and how they interact with each other.
