Come with your minds and hearts open to receive support and transformation through nature.

These monthly workshops (first Monday of the month starting in November) offer direct communication and co-creation with nature and her animals.

We learn the teachings from the indigenous descendants of the Inka and Japanese Zen Buddhists (which underpin Reiki). On how to connect with nature and animals, make offerings, release our heaviness and receive transformation and sometimes even subtle messages and guidance.

Coming together in ceremony and ritual can transmute the heaviest of emotions and loosen unhealthy attachments that block us from the flow of living authentically and true to ourselves. True to our ancient rooted selves. This workshop offers a remembering of how to live in communication and connection with nature beings x

On the night…

Bring a flower that you feel drawn to and holds some of your personal qualities and essence (don’t worry if you forget as I will have some flowers with me on the night)

Bring a crystal or stone that you would like to charge as a talisman

What you can expect:

Flower introductions

Opening of the sacred space

Guided Meditation Journey (sometimes with a Shamanic drum)

Connection to the stars above and the ancient archetypes speaking to us in the moment

Moon phase Rituals

Haywarikee (Despacho) offerings to nature

Possibility of going into nature afterwards together. Weather and time dependent…

Healing for nature and animals
