Tips to Dreaming
Tips to Journeying with the Moon and tracking your dreams:
Before you go to sleep
Track the moon in the sky and which constellation she is in each night by using an app called iLuna, there are free versions too. When we ask the moon where she is, we make contact
Have a dream journal and a pen by your bed so the moon knows your intention (I personally use a voice note recorder on my phone and write up my dreams the next morning)
Set your intention before bed to remember your dreams and connect with the moon through your heart or by looking up at her in the sky.
Try not to set an alarm so that you awake naturally
When you wake up, close your eyelids again to allow the dream to wash back in like a wave returning to shore
Observe and note your dreams without analysis (the analysis comes later)
Record as much detail as possible including the date, time if you are woken from a dream, moon placement in constellation e.g Pisces
Record colours, objects, places, setting, people, feelings
When you set your intention to remember your dreams, also let this go and trust that La Luna will speak to you when you are both ready
Enjoy and have fun. Even the most distressing dreams have medicine in them
A more general TIP but an essential one is to keep yourself HYDRATED. The moon connects to us through the water in our body and pulls on us as she does with the tides and cycles. If we are dehydrated we dilute this primal connection to her. A rough indication of hydration from the NHS is to drink 1.5L a day for women and 2L for men. To book a Dream Journey session:
A written dream analysis is £8 drawing on the placement of the moon in the sky the night of your dream and how she aspects your natal chart or through the symbolism of the tarot cards.
A mini dream session is £20 and includes three tarot cards that are pulled to shed more light on your dreams.
Full dream therapy session: £40 (if you have financial difficulty I also offer reduced priced sessions)
This session will draw on all of the disciplines I am trained in and is a thorough dive in. We will look at your natal chart, a full tarot spread and utilise journeying if needed as well as Andean techniques to communicate with your psyche.
